Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of many of our products, certain lingerie and intimate items may be final sale and non-returnable once worn, used, washed, altered, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Eligibility for returns or exchanges depends on the product type, condition of the item, and the requirements stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
Items eligible for return must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and tags, where applicable.
For hygiene reasons, certain panties, thongs, intimate accessories, adhesive products, nipple covers, and similar intimate products may not be eligible for return or exchange after their packaging or hygiene protection has been opened or removed, except where required by law or where an item is defective.
